Processing Times
TwentyFiveCollection products are created and/or prepared with care. Please allow 5–10 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing time does not include carrier transit time.

Shipping Rates
Standard U.S. shipping is $8.50. Orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

TwentyFiveCollection currently ships within the United States and U.S. Virgin Islands. International shipping is not currently available.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are final. TwentyFiveCollection does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Please review product descriptions, sizing, product options, skin-tone selections, quantities, and other order details carefully before completing your purchase.

If there is a problem with an order you received, contact thetwentyfivecollection@gmail.com with your order number and details about the issue. Order-related inquiries will generally be reviewed within 3–5 business days.

Contacting TwentyFiveCollection regarding an order issue does not automatically qualify the order for a refund, return, or exchange.

Digital Products
Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, all digital product purchases are final and non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for confirming that they have compatible software, devices, and knowledge required to use the purchased files before placing an order.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, carrier transit delays are outside TwentyFiveCollection’s direct control. Customers should verify that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and accurate.
